The APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) defines physical therapy as, "treatment by a licensed PT or PTA that uses movement-based interventions—like exercise, hands-on care, and education—to help people improve movement, manage pain, restore function, and prevent injury/disease, emphasizing overall wellness, not just recovery, with PTs acting as movement experts who diagnose and treat conditions across all ages."
Adler Physical Therapy provides a one on one clinic model where you will be treated the entire time by a licensed physical therapist. We use skills and experience to thoroughly evaluate your condition and develop a comprehensive program designed to get you back to feeling your best quickly. If physical therapy is not appropriate for you at this time or becomes not appropriate for you during the course of your treatment; we will work to establish a network of appropriate professionals to guide you back to health and wellness.
The amount of treatments will vary depending on the severity and intensity of your symptoms. After the intial evaluation a good estimate of time frame will be established to help guide our treatments.
